Free and inexpensive things to do throughout Bucks County this summer
Summers in Bucks County don’t have to be expensive. Here are some great activities for all ages, which will give you the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful parks, nature trails and surroundings.
Churchville Nature Center, Churchville – Join the Churchville Nature Center every Saturday morning from 7:00 am until 9:00 am for our early morning bird walk. An experience bird watcher will lead the way – be sure to bring your binoculars.
Covered Bridge Tour, all of Bucks County – Enjoy the 12 covered bridges of Bucks County! The entire tour makes one large circle and can be started and/or stopped at any location. Maps and directions are available on the Visit Bucks website.
Nockamixon State Park, Quakertown – This beautiful state park offers 35 miles of hiking and nature trails, boating, camping, swimming, fishing, picnic areas and more.
Peach Festival at Peddler’s Village, Lahaska – Enjoy a day of exploring the shops of Peddler’s Village, as well as the annual Peach Festival on August 10th and 11th.
