Spend A Day In 1799

Broad and Main Streets, Quakertown
Take the trolley from Arts Alive and go back in history for a day. Bring your family and friends to “Spend A Day In 1799” and learn what it was like to live during the Civil War. You will have the opportunity to meet a “Civil War soldier”, see pedestrians strolling in authentic period clothing, listen to a snake oil salesman, and experience fire breathing, juggling and stilt walking. Enjoy the pig roast, authentic beer, and listen to banjos and mandolins – not to mention the chance to tour Liberty Hall and the historic Richland Library. Horse and carriage rides will also be available.
IRun4Life Kids Only 3K

The IRun4Life program helps children of all ages realize the importance and benefits of a healthy lifestyle. It focuses on strength, confidence, and simply “doing good deeds in our community”. IRun4Life 3K encourages kids from Kindergarten through 6th grade to participate, and runners may sign up on the day of the race for a $15 registration fee. They will learn that getting fit is fun, and make new friends along the way!
18th Annual Rubber Ducky Regatta
Kemper Park
Sunday, 5/19 Starting at 1:00 pm
905 Valley Rd, Warminster
If you have never attended the Rubber Ducky Regatta in Kemper Park, you are missing out on some great family fun. Hundreds of rubber duckies will float down the Neshaminy Creek in a race to the finish line. Each duck is numbered – the more ducks you buy, the better your chance of having a winning duck! Prior to the regatta, you are invited to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy Kemper Park. Rita’s Water Ice will be provided for dessert.
