Move your personal items such as photos and even figurines into storage to allow the buyer’s imagination to run wild.




7. *  There may be too many repairs, or the home looks run down. Ensuring that your carpets are cleaned, the walls and flooring is free of stains and discoloration, and the leaky pipe is fixed can entice a buyer to place an offer!
